Reunion Resort and Champions Gate are located just 28 miles from the Airport.

The Resorts are just off of Route 4 and just 6 miles from Walt Disney World Resort® and just a 20 minute drive to Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Once you find the villa or condo of your choice, you can choose to place the reservation directly online through our secure website 24/7, or contact a Five Star Villas representative toll free at 877-700-7060.

We require 20% of the total rental cost.

Final balance is due 30 days or less before your arrival date.

Upon receiving your signed Rental Agreement and final payment, Five Star Villas INC will email you arrival information which will include address and directions to the Resort as well as arrival instructions, about 10 days before you are due to arrive.

We are on property and our onsite team would be happy to meet with you upon arrival, upon request.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and Check-out is at 10:00 AM. All early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability, meaning if there are no reservations on the property at the time of your arrival/departure. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested for an additional charge and is based on availability.

At Reunion Resort, you currently have access to at least three of the Resort’s 10 swimming pools; Seven Eagles, Homestead and Center Court Ridge. 

If you would like access to the Water Park, Golf or Tennis, please call our reservation specialist. *Not all villas and/or condos have Resort Membership which is required to extend access to these amenities.

About access. Reunion property’s that have membership have a limited number of days that can be appointed to their house guests. The rule is one access pass per seven day rental. Therefore, access is not for the entire length of stay, just the specific date(s) you wish to access the Water Park, Tennis or Golf. Entry fees to the Water Park are additional and are paid by you upon arrival. Water Park visit, fees are currently as follows: $18 each for adult and $12 each for children. The Water Park is open 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (weather permitting).

Pets are not allowed in most of our properties. Five Star Villas INC has a strict no pet policy (unless previously agreed to, before booking, by owner). Those found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum $500 penalty fee.

Yes, all villas and condos are fully equipped. They include full kitchens; refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally, all of Five Star Villas INC properties also include; toasters, coffee makers, blenders, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. All linens, towels (for in-home use – you may wish to bring beach towels) and hairdryers. Optional are portable folding Pack-N-Play crib (which serves as a play pen as well), high chair, strollers, full-size cribs and double strollers - all available to rent for a fee.

We try to provide each guest with the majority of what is needed, but there are some items you may need provide. While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels, as these are not always supplied in the property. Five Star Villas INC provides complimentary starter soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. However once these items are used, it is the guest’s responsibility to replenish them. In addition, some basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided, but only sample sizes as in a hotel.

Housekeeping is provided for all rentals upon departure of stay. Mid-stay housekeeping service is available at an additional cost.

All properties on our site are located in gated communities and provide 24-hour on-site security service. So rest assured that there are friendly and knowledgeable security staff members available to assist our resort guests should they be needed.

Yes, if you would like the spa to be heated you will need to order pool heat with your reservation.

All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalty fees, which are percentages of the total cost of the reservation.

• • Full refund if cancelled from initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• • 50% refund if cancelled up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• • 100% if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
